Our Vision
In to practise the sermons delivered by Dr BR Ambedkar , Jyotirao Phule and Savitri Bai Phule, we resolve to safeguard our constitutional rights, to stop Anti social elements who oppose our constitutional rights and enlighten our society with due education, awareness and strong unity.
Our Mission
Our mission is to improve mutual and cordial understanding among ourselves remain vigilant against Anti social elements who oppose our constitutional rights to protect the interest of our members and awaken our society to practice sermons delivered by Dr. B.R Ambedkar, Jyotiba Rao Phule, Savitribai Phule so that we may find all members in a single thread of unity.

DVC backward Classes Federation
The history of DVC OBC Employees Welfare Association aka DVC Backward Classes Association is a history of historical injustice. On 06 September 1993, during the meeting to organize Patel Jayanti by the core committee of Patel Seva Sangh, a proposal was put forward by Shri Kanhaiya Prasad Singh (K.P. Singh) that why don't we organize Patel Jayanti on caste basis. A big group of backward people should be formed by including all the OBC people, except a few people, everyone liked the idea very much and on the same day the Backward Class Sangh was conceived but without the idea of uniting all the backward people i.e. discussing in the public domain. After several months, finally in the beginning of the year 1994, DVC Backward Classes Association was formally established.
DVC OBC Employees Welfare Association has 30 years of history.
